The
Good
- The
book seems very
well researched
and covers just
about every
crucial area
related to
sleep and
insomnia. The
author does a
good job of
explaining
topics that
sound overly
complicated.
Many portions
of the book are
very detailed
with lots of
clear
explanations,
research and
actionable
steps.
The
Bad
- My
biggest gripe
with this book
is twofold.
First the fact
that the book
is so detailed
may be a turn
off to some
people; I mean
these pages are
jam packed with
information.
The second and
more serious
problem is that
this product is
labeled a
“system”. While
you could argue
that this is
indeed a
complete
system, it may
be too large of
a system to
actually
implement.
Final
Verdict
- On the
whole I think
this is a very
solid book on
treating
insomnia, but
it is clearly
not for
everyone. If
you go into
this product
expecting a
simple system
to finally get
some sleep you
may end up
disappointed.
If however you
are willing to
make a lot of
changes in your
overall life
style, this
might be just
the ticket you
need for a
lifetime of
good
rest.
