Banish
Insomnia, also
known as
Insomnia
Relief, has
a couple things
in common with
the Natural
Sleep Secrets
System I
reviewed above.
Both authors
make it well
known that they
feel
prescription
sleeping pills
are not the
answer and that
drugs only
treat the
symptoms of
insomnia, but
do not treat
the root causes
behind
insomnia. Both
authors are
also strong
advocates in
using all
natural methods
to cure all
forms of
sleeping
issues, since
they feel they
provide a much
better long
term
solution.
Overview
- Banish
insomnia is a
39 page
downloadable
ebook that is
supposed to
provide a step
by step plan to
cure even the
worst cases of
insomnia and
also help you
have more
energy due to
getting a
better night’s
sleep. When I
first started
reading the
book, the
author said
something that
made a lot of
sense to me.
The author
pointed out
that there is
no one single
method that is
perfect for
everyone and
wants the
reader to try
the various
techniques and
find a
combination
that works best
for
them.
The
Good
- What I
liked about
Banish insomnia
was that much
of the
information was
very direct and
to the point.
Each section of
the book is
pretty fluff
free. Another
thing I liked
was that the
author
discusses some
causes for
sleeping
problems that
no other
product I
reviewed
discussed.
For example,
the author
brings up how
if you sleep
beside someone
in bed, how
they may be
doing certain
things that are
contributing to
your sleeping
problems.
Almost every
product I
reviewed talks
about the same
stuff, but from
its own unique
perspective
with some
additional
information
here and there.
It was nice to
see someone
bring to light
a possible
contributing
factor to my
sleeping
problems that I
was completely
overlooking.
The
Bad
- I know
I said one of
the things I
really liked
was how
straight to the
point this book
was, but I did
feel some areas
could have been
covered more in
depth. The
biggest flaw I
found with this
product was the
actual cure
itself. The way
the cure is
laid out is a
double edged
sword. The
author
basically lists
various
remedies by
first
describing a
specific cause
and then giving
you a simple
solution for
that particular
problem. It
wasn’t
cohesiveness
enough for me.
It was pretty
much like; if
this is your
problem then
try
this.
Final
Verdict
- If
you’re the type
of person who
responds well
when someone
gives you
simple
directions on
what to do and
what not do
then this might
be perfect for
you, especially
if you’re good
at self
diagnosing your
particular
problem. The
way the
information is
presented in a
“cause =
solution”
format makes
this product
really easy to
follow. I just
wish the book
had more to
it.
